About The Position
Within the Credit Oversight team, the Loan Account Specialist II processes consumer and commercial loan payments, payoffs, draws, funding, and charge-offs. The position also supports general ledger activity, transaction review, customer inquiries, and the development of work instructions and guidelines. The role may require adapting procedures, processes, tools, equipment, and techniques to address more complex requirements.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of commercial and/or consumer loan experience.
- Knowledge of consumer and/or commercial loans.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Responsibilities
- Initiate wires.
- Park uploads of general ledger tickets.
- Monitor, review, and reconcile departmental general ledger accounts and reports.
- Perform second-day reviews of maintenance transactions and resolve errors.
- Monitor departmental mailboxes, answer customer inquiries, and resolve routine problems.
- Help create instructions and establish guidelines for performing job functions.
- Calculate loan items and changes, such as interest and payments.
- Adapt procedures, processes, tools, equipment, and techniques to meet more complex position requirements.
