About The Position

The Loadout employee contributes to the Quality Control of the finished products, ensuring that the product meets standards and is of the highest quality possible. This role involves inspecting trailers before and after loading, loading designated product within the specified range, and monitoring and controlling levels in storage bins. The employee will also be responsible for reporting any discrepancies to management.

Requirements

  • Must have 3 months of work history with one employer within the last 2 years listed on the application.
  • The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect trailers before loading.
  • Inspect trailers after loading with finished product.
  • Load the designated product within the specified range.
  • Monitor and control the levels in the storage bins.
  • Report all discrepancies of the standard to management.
  • Keep work area clean and free of clutter (housekeeping).
  • Use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Using correct tool for each job assignment.
  • Report injury of oneself or coworker to management.
  • Report job hazards immediately (correct immediately when possible) and document.
  • Inspect all tools and materials for defects and safety issues.
  • Follow all safety rules and guidelines.
