The meat process operator controls the cooking process from hydrolyzing the product to a finished product. This role involves operating machinery that processes meat into meal and transferring hydrolyzed meal to storage. The position is full-time, working the A (1st) Shift, Sunday through Wednesday, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday is primarily scheduled for maintenance, housekeeping, and training. Shifts are subject to periodic rotation every 8 weeks.
