The meat process operator controls the cooking process from hydrolyzing the product to a finished product. This role involves operating machinery that processes meat into meal and transferring hydrolyzed meal to storage. The position is full-time, working a 1st shift schedule from Sunday to Wednesday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. The starting pay is $19.75 per hour, with a $3,000 sign-on bonus. Sunday is primarily scheduled for maintenance, housekeeping, and training. Shifts are subject to periodic rotation every 8 weeks.
