About The Position

Safely and efficiently operate a forklift to move, load, and position birds onto trucks. Load live birds, typically ranging from 30,000 to 72,000 per shift, following all safety and animal welfare protocols. Maintain awareness of surroundings to ensure safe operation in fast-paced, high-volume environments.

Requirements

• Ability to sit for extended periods (approximately 6–13 hours per shift).
• Ability to work in hot or cold environments for long durations.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Must pass a drug, alcohol, and background check.
• Verification of employment eligibility must be documented by the end of the third day of work.
