Loader Operator/Combi-Lift
About The Position
The Loader Operator Combi-Lift is responsible for maintaining a steady flow of empty coups for the loading crew. This involves removing empty coups from trailers, transporting them into the chicken house, and placing them on designated coup blacks. The operator also transports filled coups out of the chicken house and loads them onto awaiting trailers. Successful candidates must pass the company's Powered Industrial Truck/Operators exam with a minimum score of 80%. New operators will receive training from a qualified operator and must be deemed competent before working under minimal supervision. Adherence to all safety rules and instructions from the Crew Supervisor is mandatory. The role requires being a team player, getting along with others, and maintaining good attendance. Reliable transportation is essential. Shifts run from Sunday through Thursday nights, with occasional weekend work.
Requirements
- Successfully pass the company's Powered Industrial Truck/Operators exam by a minimum score of 80%.

- Must be a team player and get along with others.
- Attendance is vital.
