About The Position

The Lift Truck Operator operates RF-equipped industrial powered stand-up forklifts to move materials throughout the Distribution Center and place products in designated areas. The role includes picking and filling orders, organizing and retrieving warehouse stock, supporting receiving-area needs, and transporting products to assigned destinations. The scheduled shift is 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Thursday through Sunday. The position requires consistent attendance, attention to accuracy and quality, adherence to company and OSHA safety standards, and flexibility to assist other departments and work overtime when necessary.

Requirements

One year of previous experience operating a stand-up reach forklift.
Pass the required OSHA-certified written test.
Pass the pre-employment basic aptitude driving test.
Pass pre-employment drug screening and a background check.
Count accurately and efficiently.
Maintain attention to detail and accuracy.
Stand for long periods of time.
Lift 25–50 pounds.
Operate a manual pallet jack.

Responsibilities

Pick and fill orders from stock.
Organize and retrieve stock in the warehouse.
Handle routine needs that arise in the receiving area.
Identify and maintain necessary equipment, tools, and supplies.
Maintain a neat and organized distribution center, including performing maintenance in the receiving area.
Retrieve and transport products to assigned destinations.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with company and OSHA safety standards.
Continually meet production efficiency levels.
Maintain work quality and accuracy.
Work independently and as part of a team, help in other departments, and work overtime when necessary.
Work scheduled shifts consistently and arrive on time in accordance with the company attendance policy.
Retrieve and place merchandise in trailers, pallet locations, and pallet racks.
Perform other duties as assigned.
