About The Position

This role involves the system administration and instructional design of a Learning Management System (LMS). Key responsibilities include user administration, reporting, testing, support, and issue resolution. The position will design and administer various training formats such as Instructor Led Training (ILT), Virtual Instruction Led Training (VILT), and distant learning programs in a SumTotal blended format. The role also requires creating complex, multilingual training plans within the LMS, designing reporting dashboards for stakeholders, troubleshooting data and reporting issues, and performing data analysis. Collaboration with key stakeholders and functional LMS leads is essential to align learning solutions and strategies. Additionally, the role involves providing routine system training, creating guides and job aids, driving operational changes, and staying current with learning system trends.

Requirements

Experience working in an agile (SAM) and waterfall (ADDIE) design environment
3+ years of Instructional designing experience
Proficiency with Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Tech Smith Snag It, Tech Smith Camtasia, SharePoint Design and Site Management preferred
2+ years of LMS administration experience in a global company using 2+ Saba, SumTotal, Success Factors, Cornerstone
2+ years of next generation learning management system experience
2+ years of experience creating Complex training modules in LMS & troubleshooting training
2+ years of experience with courses with SCORM, AICC, and/or xAPI
1-2 years Instructional Design & content management experience using Articulate, Camtasia, AdobePresenter, DominKnow
2-3 years of experience with reporting domains and database reporting using SQL queries
Extensive knowledge in Learning & Development concepts, strategies & methodologies, content development, training plans, migration
Experience in some of the following areas: SQL queries, HTML, CSS, Jquery and AngularJS, Crystal Reports, Windows OS, data security, ServiceNow Incident

Responsibilities

System administration and Instructional Designing of Learning Management System (LMS)
User administration, reporting, testing, support and issue resolution
Design & administer Instructor Led Training (ILT), Virtual instruction Led Training (VILT), distant learning programs in SumTotal blended format
Create & build complex multilingual training plans including sessions, classroom activities, business processes, questionnaire, assessment, notification templates, distribution groups, survey with in the LMS tool
Design and develop reporting dashboards, tables, metrics for business stakeholders
Troubleshoot and resolve data/reporting issues
Perform both routine and ad-hoc data analysis, including arranging data into meaningful conclusions using charts, graphs, pivot tables for training programs
Work closely with key stakeholders, functional LMS leads to align learning solutions & strategies
Provide routine system training services and other initiatives to business leads
Create guides & job aids for LMS applications and new feature releases
Drive operational changes required to support centralized service delivery learning teams
Stay current with emerging trends and practices for learning systems
