This is a Remote position available in the United States. The LMS Analyst will manage and optimize the Bright Horizons Learning Management System (LMS), Cornerstone, ensuring seamless learning experiences across the organization. This role blends technical troubleshooting, strategic system planning, and frontline support, and plays a key role in enabling data- driven decisions and scalable learning solutions.

Requirements

  • 5 years managing and supporting LMS platforms
  • Cornerstone professional experience
  • High School Diploma

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience with Workday
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with experience in SCORM, xAPI, and LMS–SIS integrations
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (especially Excel)
  • Experience with Techsmith suite of products
  • Excellent communication, project management, and customer service skills with the ability to support diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to leverage AI tools

Responsibilities

  • Administer and configure the LMS, including user roles, permissions, course assignments, and system settings
  • Upload, test, and manage eLearning content, instructor-led training, and blended learning programs
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate with HRIS, IT and vendors for updates and enhancements
  • Analyze LMS usage data to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and recommend improvements
  • Create and maintain learning paths, certifications, and curricula aligned with organizational goals
  • Provide technical support and resolve One Support tickets from learners, facilitators, and internal stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain user guides, FAQs, and training materials to promote LMS adoption
  • Generate and distribute reports on learning progress, completion rates, and compliance metrics
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Education and Development, Contact Center, and corporate functions to support learning initiatives and system integrations
