We are currently seeking an LMS Administrator to work for our company. The Client Agency is the National Science Foundation (NSF). This role will provide day-to-day support and training for the SAP NS2 LMS across all NSF employees. The administrator will manage and respond to the LMS support inbox, ensuring timely resolution of user inquiries. Responsibilities include developing user guides, help documentation, and training materials, as well as delivering training sessions to end users and administrators. The role also involves generating reports and performing data analysis to support learning and business objectives, troubleshooting system issues, and coordinating resolutions with technical teams. The LMS Administrator will serve as a liaison between NSF stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure system effectiveness.
