About The Position

Information Technology Strategies, Inc. is a government IT solutions provider servicing commercial and government initiative in various parts of the United States. We are currently seeking an LMS Administrator to work for our company. The Client Agency is the National Science Foundation (NSF). This role will provide day-to-day support and training for the SAP NS2 LMS across all NSF employees. The administrator will manage and respond to the LMS support inbox, ensuring timely resolution of user inquiries. Responsibilities include developing user guides, help documentation, and training materials, as well as delivering training sessions to end users and administrators. The role also involves generating reports and performing data analysis to support learning and business objectives, troubleshooting system issues, and coordinating resolutions with technical teams. The LMS Administrator will serve as a liaison between NSF stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure system effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC). (Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies)
  • 3+ years of hands-on LMS administration experience. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered as a substitution.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Advanced experience with SAP NS2 SuccessFactors applications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to high-quality customer service.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with data analytics and visualization tools.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
