About The Position

ReturnPro is the leader in recommerce enablement. We help the world’s largest retailers and brands turn returned and excess inventory into value. We are already live on one marketplace and ready to scale. We are looking for a leader who can take what is working, build the team and operation around it, and expand our presence across TikTok Shop, eBay Live, Whatnot, and the marketplaces that matter next. This is a role for a change maker. Someone who can see the opportunity, create a clear plan, bring people together, and build a real business.

Requirements

• Builder and operator.
• Comfortable with the pressure of a live environment and the responsibility of owning results.
• Experience in live selling, e-commerce, retail, broadcasting, content production, or another fast-moving business where great execution matters.
• Understand that live commerce requires equal parts merchandising, entertainment, operations, and sales.
• Know how to bring order to a fast-moving operation without slowing it down.
• Ability to coach people, make decisions quickly, and hold a high bar.
• Willingness to help write the playbook, not just inherit a finished one.

Responsibilities

• Own our live marketplace strategy and the day to day operation behind it.
• Build the show calendar, choose the products, develop programming, manage talent, and drive the results.
• Make sure every show is prepared, compelling, well run, and built to sell.
• Lead the operation inside our facilities, including people, sets, product flow, show preparation, inventory, and standards.
• Work closely with merchandising, operations, marketing, and leadership to find the products and stories that will perform best.
• Use the results from every show to make the next one better.
• Hire, develop, and lead a strong team of hosts, producers, operators, and support staff.
• Create clear expectations and a culture where people move quickly, solve problems, and take pride in great execution.
