About The Position
Pins & Aces is seeking energetic, competitive, and sales-driven individuals to join our team as Live Selling Specialists. This role focuses on selling Pins & Aces products through TikTok Live. It is a commission-based, performance-driven position where earning potential is directly tied to sales performance. Strong performers can expect to earn $50–$75+ per hour, with opportunities for even greater earnings. The position offers flexibility in scheduling, with a minimum expectation of 20 streaming hours per week. Your schedule will be coordinated with the Pins & Aces team to ensure consistent live coverage. Consistent performance is crucial, as sellers not generating sales or showing improvement may not continue in the role. Pins & Aces provides the established TikTok audience, product lineup, platform, promotions, and infrastructure; the specialist brings the personality and sales ability.
Requirements
- Confident and comfortable on camera
- Outgoing, energetic, and entertaining
- Naturally good at talking to and connecting with people
- Competitive and motivated by commission
- Comfortable working toward measurable sales goals
- Coachable and willing to improve
- Reliable and able to commit to 20+ streaming hours per week
- Interested in golf, sports, social media, or e-commerce
- Motivated by having their performance directly impact their paycheck

Responsibilities
- Host engaging TikTok Live shopping streams for Pins & Aces
- Showcase and sell Pins & Aces products to a live audience
- Engage with viewers, answer questions, and create an entertaining shopping experience
- Create excitement and urgency around products, promotions, and limited inventory
- Learn Pins & Aces products and communicate their features effectively
- Continuously improve your sales approach based on results
- Meet weekly streaming and performance expectations
