About The Position

A family in Needham, Massachusetts, is seeking a full-time live-in nanny for three girls, ages 7, 6, and 4, with a fourth child due in April. A newborn care specialist will support the family for approximately six months; afterward, the nanny will also care for the infant. The mother stays at home and is closely involved. The three older children attend school full-time, so the nanny will coordinate with their mother and work collaboratively to manage the children's schedules. The general schedule is 7–11 a.m. and 2–7 p.m. The family guarantees 40 or more hours per week, with overtime for date nights, overnights, and days when the girls do not have school. The live-in accommodations include a private bedroom and bathroom on a separate floor. The family will provide a car for the nanny's use. The role includes travel with the family as needed during summer and school breaks and requires working Thanksgiving.
