About The Position

UniversaCare is hiring a live-in caregiver to provide care to clients in their own homes in Hartford County. This is a field position where you will travel to clients' homes. Hiring, onboarding, and support are handled by our UniversaCare of Connecticut - Bloomfield office.

Requirements

• Caregiving experience
• Ability to stay in the client’s home on a live-in schedule
• Eligibility to work in the United States
• Completion of the background check and health screening required for the role

Responsibilities

• Live in the client’s home and support them through the day
• Help with personal care, meals, housekeeping and errands
• Provide companionship and help the client stay safe at home
• Follow the care plan and keep the office updated
