About The Position

Evolution is hiring Online Casino Dealers for our Philadelphia studio. You'll deal real casino games — Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat — live on camera while players join from their phones, tablets, and computers around the state. No casino experience? No problem. No dealing experience? We train you. This is not a casino floor job. No smoke. No physical players. No cash handling. You'll work in a modern professional studio with cameras, lights, game tables, and a full team around you. As an Online Casino Dealer, you are the face of the game. You'll sit at a live studio table, follow game procedures, speak clearly on camera, and create a professional, engaging experience for online players. Think: live dealer + on-camera host + customer service professional.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must pass required background checks
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Pennsylvania gaming license
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must wear assigned uniform and maintain professional appearance standards
• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
• Responsible, dedicated, and dependable
• Must be able to complete paid training
• Prolonged sitting at counter-height chairs and tables
• Repeated use of both hands and arms
• Full mobility and dexterity in upper extremities
• Ability to see and read a chat screen from 4+ feet away
• Ability to communicate verbally to players
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. when needed
• Ability to work assigned shifts including evenings, weekends, and overnights
