About The Position

Evolution is hiring Live Casino Dealers at our Atlantic City studio. You'll deal real casino games — Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat — live on camera while players join online from their phones, tablets, and computers around the world. This is not a casino floor job; it's a professional broadcast studio environment with no smoke, no physical players, and no cash handling. You will be trained to be a live dealer, an on-camera host, and a customer service professional. Paid training is provided for two weeks at Evolution Academy, covering Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, and on-camera presentation skills.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to obtain a NJ Gaming License
• Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable being on camera
• Reliable and professional
• Comfortable working on camera under professional studio lighting
• Comfortable sitting or standing for the duration of the shift based on game assignment
• Able to follow game procedures and studio standards
• Able to work assigned full-time shifts including evenings, weekends, or overnights depending on schedule
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required gaming license
