About The Position

Evolution is hiring Online Casino Dealers for our Philadelphia live studio. You’ll host real casino games like Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat on camera while players join online from their phones, tablets, and computers. No casino experience is required as we provide training. This is not a traditional casino-floor job; it takes place in a modern, professional studio environment with cameras, lights, game tables, and a team. As an Online Casino Dealer, you’ll be the face of the game, sitting at a live studio table, following game procedures, speaking clearly on camera, and creating a fun, professional experience for online players. It's a mix of customer service, hosting, entertainment, and live broadcasting. Previous experience in restaurants, bars, retail, hospitality, customer service, reception, administration, entertainment, or casino/gaming roles may be beneficial. Candidates must be 21 years of age or older to obtain the required Gaming Licenses.

Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Pennsylvania and West Virginia gaming license
Must pass required background checks
Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must maintain professional appearance standards
Must be able to complete paid training
Prolonged sitting at counter height (36”) chairs and tables
Repeated use of both hands and arms
Full mobility and dexterity in upper extremities
Ability to see and read a chat screen from 4+ feet away
Ability to communicate one way verbally to players
Ability to lift up to up to 10 lbs. (for the shoe)
Ability to present on camera continuously in front of 30W High Beam Bi-Color LED Soft Lights without protective eyewear
Ability to work a full time schedule
Game Show Hosts: the ability to wear 2” + heels while standing for 1.5 hours at a time.
