Requirements

Hospitality-oriented with a strong focus on guest service and customer experience.
Strong numerical and analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with counting machines and basic computer software is a plus.
Must comply with all BSA/OFAC and AML policies and procedures, as well as applicable Puerto Rico Gaming Commission (PRTC) regulations.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license, successfully pass a background check, and work in a secure, controlled environment.
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
Flexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Fully bilingual (Spanish/English), with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.

Responsibilities

Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests’ service needs, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
Greets players at entrances as required and requested.
Croupiers are responsible for following the Game Rules and Procedures.
The Croupiers will always provide game protection to their game. Croupiers will give guest service, be alert and attentive.
When there is a dispute, the Croupier will never argue with the client but will immediately notify their Table
Croupiers will not make decisions regarding changing the amounts paid or not paid to clients or customers. All such changes will be brought to the attention of the Table Supervisor.
Utilizes the casino system appropriately.
Performs all other casino related duties as necessary and assigned.
Compliance with federal requirements regarding Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorism requirements, CTRC’s, SARC, Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List, BSA, FTC, OFAC, Privacy of Information Act. Must comply with all BSA/OFAC and AML policy and procedures as well as PRTC Regulations
Utilizes the casino system as required and performs all other duties as assigned.
Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; and complete safety training and certifications.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
