Requirements

Hospitality-oriented
Proven writing experience, preferably within the casino, gaming, or gambling industry, preferred.
Ability to handle difficult situations effectively.
Ability to prioritize and organize a variety of tasks and responsibilities.
Flexibility to work variable schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Strong interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
Fully bilingual (English/Spanish).

Responsibilities

Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and attend to guest service needs, and thank guests with sincere appreciation.
Assist the Marketing Department and the casino by observing PRTC rules and regulations regarding individuals entering the casino at entrances who are underage or carrying beverages.
Work at the hospitality desk and maintain the casino system as directed.
Utilize a radio as directed and when necessary.
Notify security as needed.
Assist as directed with players winning jackpots who require assistance.
Be trained to handle emergency situations, such as casino evacuation.
Utilize the casino system as needed and as directed.
Comply with federal requirements regarding the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Act and the Terrorism Act, CTRC, SARC, Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List, BSA, FTC, OFAC, Information Privacy Act.
Must comply with all BSA/OFAC and AML policies and procedures, as well as PRTC regulations.
Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to the manager; and complete safety training and certifications.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support the team to achieve common goals.
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintaining the confidentiality of proprietary information.
Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.
