About The Position

Litigation Attorney - Personal Injury. This role is located in West LA, CA with a pay range of $120K - $190K+ Bonus. The attorney will be responsible for managing litigation cases independently, drafting legal documents, developing legal strategies, and representing clients in personal injury matters. A team-oriented and positive attitude is essential.

Requirements

• 5+ Years minimum in PI Litigation
• Ability to manage litigation cases on their own
• Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Develop legal strategies to resolve cases favorably and cost-effectively for clients
• Develop and deliver arguments and represent clients in personal injury matters
• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
• At least one year experience specializing in personal injury litigation and trial
• Strong critical thinking, interpersonal, and public speaking skills
• Ability to negotiate, research, and communicate both verbally and in writing
• Ability to exercise common sense in complex situations
• Adaptable and meticulous attention to detail
• Trial Experience needed
