About The Position

Morgan & Morgan is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented attorney to join its team in Jacksonville. As an associate, the attorney will work closely with the firm’s attorneys to provide support before, during, and after trials. The firm is dedicated to protecting consumers and advancing its mission of “For the People.”

Requirements

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the Florida State Bar Association.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interest in personal injury law.
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of litigation experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to clients and trial-assist attorneys.
• Maintain client relationships.
• Prepare legal reports and documents.
• Interact with expert witnesses, including attending conferences and drafting expert reports and affidavits.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
• Work closely with Litigation Paralegals and Case Managers.
