About The Position

Morgan & Morgan is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Attorney to join its team in Jacksonville. The associate will work closely with the firm’s attorneys and provide support to clients and trial attorneys before, during, and after trials. The role involves maintaining client relationships, preparing legal reports and documents, working with expert witnesses, and preparing for and attending litigation proceedings.

Requirements

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the Florida State Bar Association.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interest in personal injury law.
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Nice To Haves

• One or more years of litigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to clients and trial-assist attorneys.
• Maintain client relationships.
• Prepare legal reports and documents.
• Interact with expert witnesses, including attending conferences and drafting expert reports and affidavits.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
• Work closely with Litigation Paralegals and Case Managers.
