About The Position

Insurance Defense firm in Irvine is seeking a civil litigation attorney with minimum 1 year experience for its warranty department (representing car manufacturers). The candidate must be a self-starter, highly motivated and have an ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.

Requirements

• Active member in good standing with the California Bar.
• Solid academic credentials.
• Civil litigation experience.
• Knowledge of lemon law - CA Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act.
• Ability to attend in-person vehicle inspections in CA.
• High level of organization, detail orientation and ability to time-manage across multiple deadlines.
• Good judgment, strong critical thinking skills and the desire and willingness to take ownership and control of projects.
• Excellent communication, analytical and writing skills.
• Excellent client relations.
• Minimum 1 year of civil litigation experience.

Nice To Haves

• Product liability experience (1 year preferred).
• CA State Bar License (Preferred).
