About The Position

Clark Hill is seeking a mid to senior level Trial Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join its Litigation Business Unit in Southern California. The Attorney will work exclusively on a team defending automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in warranty actions. Location is flexible, but all candidates must be licensed and in good standing with the California Bar. Warranty experience is not required; however, all candidates must have extensive trial/arbitration experience, including opening statements, closing arguments, witness examination, motion practice, deposition, and mediation. Exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills are essential, along with strong academic credentials, attention to detail, a solid work ethic, and strong interpersonal and communication skills. The salary range for this position is $175,000 - $190,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

Requirements

Mid to senior level Trial Attorney
5+ years of experience
Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar
Extensive trial/arbitration experience, including opening statements, closing arguments, witness examination, motion practice, deposition, and mediation
Exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills
Strong academic credentials
Detail-oriented and highly organized with a solid work ethic
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
