About The Position

This role involves representing leading national and international insurers in high-stakes, complex coverage and liability disputes. The practice group handles matters spanning bad faith, professional liability, cyber, construction defect, pollution, excess liability, and personal and advertising injury. Requirements
- Must be admitted to the California bar in good standing.
- Civil litigation experience in both state and federal courts.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.

- Experience representing clients in insurance coverage litigation matters is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Represent leading national and international insurers in high-stakes, complex coverage and liability disputes.

- Engage in civil litigation in both state and federal courts.
- Represent clients in insurance coverage litigation matters.
- Conduct research, writing, and analysis.
