About The Position

Cranfill Sumner LLP is seeking a talented and motivated mid-level litigation associate to join its Business Disputes & Litigation Practice Group in Raleigh, North Carolina. This position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated business and commercial disputes alongside experienced litigators in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. We are looking for an associate who has developed a strong litigation foundation and is ready to take on increasing responsibility in complex matters. The ideal candidate will have experience handling depositions, court appearances, legal research and writing, motion practice, and case management. Requirements

• Approximately four years of litigation experience
• Strong foundation in all phases of the litigation process, including taking and defending depositions, appearing in court, drafting and arguing motions, conducting legal research, and preparing high-quality written work
• Excellent analytical, writing, and interpersonal skills
• Sound judgment and attention to detail
• Commitment to providing exceptional client service
• Licensed to practice law in North Carolina or eligible for admission to the North Carolina Bar
