Litigation Associate Attorney
About The Position
Hinshaw & Culbertson, a leading national law firm, seeks an Attorney (3+ years) to join its Defense Litigation practice group. This position offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative team, representing national and international insurance clients across a wide range of complex coverage areas, including, but not limited to, bad faith, professional liability, pollution, construction defect, personal and advertising injury, cyber liability, and excess liability. The firm is recognized by Chambers USA for its Insurance: Dispute Resolution practice and nationally ranked among the leading firms for Insurance Law. San Francisco attorneys handle sophisticated, high-stakes coverage and liability disputes for leading national and international insurers.
Requirements
- Must be admitted to the California bar in good standing.
- 3+ years of civil litigation experience in both state and federal courts.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience representing clients in insurance coverage litigation matters is preferred.
