Linen Room Attendant
About The Position
Issue and maintain control of linens and/or uniforms. Responsible for accurately fitting team members for uniforms. Issue and maintain control of uniforms and/or linens. Identify items in need of repair or replacement and communicate need to supervisor. Maintain accurate employee uniforms issuance/return records; issue uniforms to new employees. Complete proper paperwork for employees who are responsible for missing or damaged uniforms. Ensure preventative care of equipment and supplies. Maintain cleanliness of Linen Room area. Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 45 pounds.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a similar position preferred.
