Linen Room Attendant - Central Regional Hospital
About The Position
We are currently recruiting for a Linen Room Attendant in Environmental Services at Central Regional Hospital. The primary purpose of this position is to perform the day-to-day activities in accordance with policies, procedures, guidelines and regulations governing central Regional Hospital, and as may be instructed by the Linen Supervisor/ Administrator I of Environmental Services to assure that the facility is maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner. This is a support position designed to meet the sanitation and safety needs of the patients, staff and visitors.
Requirements
- Education and/or experience in a commercial or institutional laundry that is directly related to the job and consistent with accepted practices of the trade.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of laundry duties and ability to carry out procedures and policies as job indicates.
