About The Position

The Linen Attendant at The Cosmopolitan supports housekeeping and resort operations by preparing, stocking, organizing, and delivering linens and supplies throughout the property. The role works in a fast-paced luxury resort environment and contributes to guest and team-member experiences through organization, teamwork, and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Six months of prior relevant experience, preferably in warehouse and/or stocking.
• Experience operating electric walking and ride-on pallet jacks and two-way radios.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Warehouse and/or stocking experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and deliver daily linen inventories to Housekeeping, Public Area, Pool Operations, Spa & Salon, Food & Beverage, and Casino operations.
• Complete daily assignments, task sheets, logs, and reports, including Trash/Linen, Receiving, Food & Beverage, Spa/Salon, Pool, Tower Deliveries, and Restock Stations.
• Restock and organize stations, including inventory, stocking, logistics, retrieval, staging, delivery of supplies, reserves, totes, and hampers.
• Maintain accurate restock station logs and submit reports to Housekeeping management.
• Transport tower trash and waste to the main trash dock.
• Operate equipment around the Linen Dock, including tuggers, lifts, and pallet jacks.
