The Line Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising the line staff and assisting management with a variety of FBO duties and customer service tasks. This role involves performing fueling and deicing of various aircraft, directing aircraft to proper parking areas, and performing lavatory services as requested. The supervisor will also tow aircraft to secure tie-down areas or hangars, and pull aircraft out for departure. Operating heavy equipment such as fuel trucks and snow plows is required. The position involves greeting crew members and passengers, assisting as needed, and performing groundskeeping and janitorial maintenance duties. The supervisor will assist with daily fuel farm inspections and quality control inspections, and perform daily and monthly fuel truck safety inspections to ensure vehicles are in safe operating order. Compliance with all FAA, Federal, State, local, and Avflight safety policies and procedures is essential. The role also includes managing staffing and maintaining schedules to maximize utilization and efficiencies, and performing other duties as assigned. The position requires willingness to work varied hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime, in all weather environments.
