The Supervisor, Service Line is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of a specific service line, particularly the operational workflows supporting safe and efficient surgical care within the perioperative environment. This role involves direct accountability for case cart completion, tray assembly support, and intracase responsiveness during live procedures. The supervisor maintains continuous coordination with OR Nurse Managers, Surgeons, Flow Managers, and CSPS leadership to ensure instrument and supply availability, address real-time issues, and manage high-priority escalations. The position also involves leading Service Line Resource Technicians, ensuring service-specific readiness and alignment with daily surgical demand, and partnering with clinical operations leaders to improve workflow reliability and communication between sterile processing and the Operating Rooms. This role acts as an operational bridge between sterile processing and surgical services, translating needs, adjusting priorities, troubleshooting emergent issues, and ensuring timely provision of necessary tools and supplies.
