About The Position

Operates and monitors loader equipment to properly fill containers with product. This role is essential for ensuring containers are filled correctly according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and for monitoring product quality and equipment function. The position also involves participating in team initiatives, adhering to company operating systems, and performing other duties as necessary to support business objectives.

Requirements

Basic math skills.
Reading, writing, and computer knowledge.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Background in manufacturing.
Steel toed shoes.
Ear Plugs.
Hair Net.

Responsibilities

Runs loader to properly fill baskets or trays depending on the line.
Verifies and monitors equipment setup and timing according to SOP.
Loads product correctly according to SOP.
Checks codes per mandated SOP.
Monitors product and trays/baskets for possible issues or defects.
Takes appropriate corrective action.
Performs weekly sanitation.
Participates as a member of the Team, fostering strong cohesiveness and supporting team initiatives.
Accepts responsibility to quickly identify any areas that lack cohesiveness, bringing them to the attention of the team leader and working with the team to resolve issues.
Performs other duties as necessary in support of business objectives.
