About The Position

The Line Cook prepares and cooks orders in a timely manner according to memorized standard recipes. The role monitors food production to ensure quality standards are met, receives and prepares food orders, and coordinates orders for pick-up. The cook maintains station inventory and pars, orders stock, controls waste through proper rotation, storage, and quantity control, and keeps the workstation and storage areas clean. Established safety and sanitation procedures must be followed consistently.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least six months of experience as a cook.
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for the duration of the shift.
• Must be able to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 75 pounds.
• Must be able to reach, grasp, bend, kneel, and twist at the waist.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
