About The Position

Canyon Ranch is seeking a Line Cook to join its culinary team in Tucson. The role involves preparing cuisine with fresh, clean, organic ingredients and contributing to the development of Canyon Ranch’s culinary culture. The culinary approach emphasizes handcrafted artisanal cuisine, sustainable growing, sourcing, and cooking techniques, simply prepared quality ingredients with health in mind, local sourcing, and clean presentations informed by contemporary trends. The position offers a structured schedule with no late nights to support work–life balance. It is full-time and pays $19.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Full knowledge of Health Department regulations regarding sanitation and food handling.
• Full knowledge of all kitchen stations and mastery of each.
• Understanding of and interest in the relationship between food and health.
• Understanding of managing gluten-free diets.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in food preparation, preferably in an upscale restaurant.
• Basic supervision of the line.
