About The Position
Chula Seafood Uptown is hiring a full-time Line Cook for AM or PM shifts at its restaurant in Phoenix, Arizona. The role offers hands-on kitchen training, including fish fabrication, and an opportunity to develop skills and grow with the company. The kitchen is high-volume and fast-paced, with an emphasis on quality ingredients, careful preparation and plating, teamwork, and laid-back hospitality. Chula Seafood is an Arizona-founded seafood company known for responsibly sourced seafood and operates its own processing facility in Point Loma, California.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of kitchen or line cook experience.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the kitchen.
- Attention to detail and pride in plating and preparation.
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

- Strong knife skills; training is available for the right candidate.
