About The Position

Courtyard by Marriott Lewiston, managed by Northwest x Southern Hospitality, is hiring a Line Cook to support daily kitchen operations. The position prepares and cooks food according to recipes, maintains quality and presentation standards, and follows food safety and sanitation guidelines. The Line Cook prepares menu items, keeps the workspace clean and organized, and works with the culinary team to provide guests with an excellent dining experience. The role is part time, with 2–3 shifts per week and up to 40 hours per week. Shifts are varied and flexible and are likely to include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime. A motor vehicle and background check are required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to obtain any government-required or brand-required permits, licenses, or certificates.
• Must complete a motor vehicle and background check.

• Previous hotel, restaurant, or hospitality experience.
