About The Position
Line Cooks are part of Chili's Heart of House team and are responsible for setting the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. The role involves preparing food according to Chili's recipes and procedures, keeping the kitchen clean and safe, communicating ticket times, and maintaining a continuous flow of food orders. The position offers flexible part-time or full-time scheduling, growth opportunities, and a team-oriented culture.
Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.

- Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
