About The Position

Bartenders serve food and beverages while creating a lively atmosphere and providing Chili’s-style hospitality. The role focuses on delivering a great guest experience, maintaining current knowledge of menu offerings, serving alcoholic beverages responsibly, and keeping the bar and work areas clean. Bartenders contribute to a safe, welcoming environment and work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

Requirements

• Have a positive, outgoing attitude and a genuine desire to exceed Guests’ expectations.
• Meet the minimum age requirement for the position in the applicable locality.
• Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Be able to reach, bend, and frequently lift up to 30 pounds.
• Be a team player.
