About The Position

Chili’s bartenders serve food and drinks while creating a lively, welcoming atmosphere and providing hospitality to Guests. They maintain knowledge of the menu, serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, and help ensure a clean and safe bar environment. The role requires working effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume setting, providing attentive service to Guests and Team Members, and contributing to the team. Previous bartending experience is a plus. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.

Requirements

• Meet the minimum age requirement in the locality for this position.
• Have a positive, outgoing attitude and a genuine desire to exceed Guests’ expectations.
• Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Be able to reach, bend, and frequently lift up to 30 pounds.
• Be a team player.
