About The Position
Line Cooks at Chili’s, also known as Heart of House Team Members, help set the pace for each shift by preparing food and supporting dependable, fast service. The role focuses on executing recipes, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen, communicating with the team, and keeping food orders moving continuously. Chili’s describes its culture as rooted in service, hospitality, and giving back, with a focus on delivering a great experience to every Guest. The position offers flexible part-time or full-time scheduling, growth opportunities, and a team-oriented atmosphere. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.

- Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
- Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Communicate ticket times to Team Members.
