About The Position
Line Cooks, known at Chili’s as Heart of House Team Members, help set the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. They prepare food according to Chili’s recipes, keep the kitchen clean and safe, and help ensure orders flow continuously from the kitchen. The role calls for a friendly, caring approach to working with Team Members and the ability to act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.

- Communicate ticket times to Team Members.
