About The Position
We’re seeking skilled and passionate Cooks to join the exceptional culinary team at Hotel Vin Rogers, Autograph Collection. You’ll help prepare high-quality dishes that reflect our commitment to consistency, creativity, and elevated dining experiences. Hotel Vin Rogers, Autograph Collection is an exciting new lifestyle boutique hotel opening in September 2026 in Rogers, Arkansas—and we're building an exceptional opening team to bring it to life. You should join our team if you believe great food starts with consistency and care, every dish represents the guest experience, teamwork drives kitchen success, and pride in craft shows in every plate. You're a great fit for this role if you love working in a fast-paced professional kitchen, preparing dishes to high standards, following recipes and maintaining consistency, and collaborating with culinary team members.
Requirements
- Culinary or kitchen experience required.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency.
- Ability to work in a physically fast operating and demanding environment.
