About The Position

Line Cooks are responsible for the preparation and execution of all menu items assigned to their station. Those who wish to excel will also take responsibility to be aware of the preparation and execution of their teammates’ menu items - we succeed only as a team! Additional responsibilities include taking ownership of organization, and safe food handling and cleaning practices. If you are known to be positive, warm, and hospitable and are working in the BOH in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you! • Able to work in a fast paced, intense, and quiet environment
