About The Position
One Prime is an upscale steakhouse featuring premium cuts, excellent wine, panoramic lake views, a corner bar with outdoor access, and two reservable private dining rooms for special events. Blue Jack is a chic, intimate cocktail lounge & speakeasy featuring appetizers, dessert, and craft cocktails. This position is for Line Cooks, available for both full and part-time employment. We are looking for individuals with a real commitment to high standards.
Requirements
- Back of house cooking experience
- Chef experience
- Saute cook experience
- Grill cook kitchen experience
- Experience in a high volume restaurant environment
