- Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Responsibilities
- Prepare menu items according to recipes, portions, and plating standards.
- Set up, stock, clean, and close your station.
- Monitor food quality and timing throughout service.
- Label, date, store, and rotate ingredients properly.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and allergen procedures.
- Communicate with the culinary team and assist with prep as needed.
