Kitchen - Line Cook
About The Position
Culver’s is hiring a Line Cook for a new location in Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota, opening in December 2026. The position starts at $14.00–$19.00 per hour, depending on availability and experience. No experience is required; new hires can begin training immediately. The role offers the opportunity to work directly with the independent, family-owned Owner/Operator team, learn business skills, and contribute to serving customers in a friendly environment. Scheduling may be arranged around personal commitments. The restaurant is closed on Easter, Christmas, and Thanksgiving.
Requirements
- Friendly and enthusiastic approach to serving customers.
- Ability to stand and walk constantly.
- Ability to lift and carry 10 to 50 pounds.
- Maintain grooming in accordance with uniform standards outlined in the handbook.
