Kitchen / Line Cook
About The Position
Culver’s is hiring Kitchen / Line Cooks for a family-owned restaurant. The role offers an opportunity to build a career and gain life experience while working directly with an independent Owner/Operator family. The owners work alongside team members on the line and invest time in teaching business skills. No prior experience is required; the restaurant will provide training. Flexible scheduling is available, and the employer will try to arrange schedules around team members’ commitments. The listed pay is $13.50–$17.00 per hour depending on availability and experience, or $15.00–$17.50 per hour for individuals able to work until 11:30 p.m.
Requirements
- Friendly and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Ability to stand and walk constantly.
- Ability to lift and carry 10 to 50 pounds.
- Well-groomed appearance in accordance with uniform standards outlined in the handbook.
