Requirements

• Previous line cook or food preparation experience preferred
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques, knife skills, and kitchen equipment
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to preparing high-quality food
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Food Handler or Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable

Nice To Haves

• Culinary school education or equivalent experience is a plus
