About The Position

Victory Tap Sports Lounge No. 2 is coming to Dallas! Opening Fall 2026 Lombardi Family Concepts is bringing the Victory Tap experience to Dallas, and we’re building an all-star team from the ground up. We’re looking for experienced, hardworking, and team-oriented Line Cooks to join our opening kitchen team. If you take pride in great food, thrive under pressure, understand the importance of consistency, and want to be part of building a kitchen from day one, we want you on our team.

Requirements

• 1+ years of line-cook experience required
• Current Food Handler certification
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation
• Ability to follow recipes and execute consistently
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

• High-volume restaurant experience strongly preferred
